Competition Draw Terms & Conditions

Competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18+ who sign up for a recurring weekly Get Fit Fast®️ membership by 11:59 PM, Thursday, 20 February 2025. One winner will be randomly selected and notified via email by 25 February 2025. The prize must be claimed within one week of notification; otherwise, a new winner will be drawn. The prize is non-transferable and must be redeemed within 6 months. This draw is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram or Facebook.

1. Membership Plans and Payments

Choose from the following flexible membership options:

  • 1 Boot Camp per Week: $25

  • 2 Boot Camps per Week: $40

  • Unlimited Boot Camps per Week: $50

Membership fees are charged weekly using the payment method saved in your account. Payments are securely processed through Squarespace Payments or Stripe.

2. Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions renew weekly on the same day they were purchased.

  • If the renewal date falls on a public holiday, payments will be processed on the next business day.

3. Membership Management

  • All membership details, including payment information, can be managed through your account on the Get Fit Fast®️ website.

  • Members are responsible for keeping payment details up-to-date.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Memberships can be canceled anytime via your account.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming week.

  • Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

6. Failed Payments

  • Payments will be retried up to three times within ten days if they fail.

  • Subscriptions with unresolved payment issues after the final attempt will be canceled.

7. Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors.

8. Privacy and Data Security

  • All transactions are securely processed using Squarespace Payments or Stripe.

  • Member data is protected under our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Terms Modifications

  • Get Fit Fast®️ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or the website.
