We use a combination of HITT, strength, cardio and core exercises to build up your fitness and confidence and by committing to a specific time to train one-on-one with Selva, personal training really helps people stay on track and motivated to stick to a routine.

PT — Group

It can sometimes be nerve wracking to start up a new exercise routine. To support our members to feel empowered in the gym we offer group personal training sessions so you and a friend can come along and train together.
