Our boot camps, scheduled six days a week, are mostly held outdoors (weather permitting) and designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life. Each session blends exercises that focus on different aspects of fitness, mind, and body health, keeping workouts exciting and effective.

Led by head coach Selva Thangamani, our supportive, welcoming classes bring together like-minded people who love having fun while getting fit. Whether you’re chasing a specific goal or simply looking for a healthier lifestyle, you’ll soon discover how boot camp training can transform your body, mind, and routine.

We run outdoor sessions on the North Shore and from Takapuna beach, as well as several indoor venues in the area.

Fun and challenging sessions week after week

The music will get your heart pumping and mind focused as we work through our one hour session that covers: 

  • Warming up

  • HIIT (high intensity interval training)

  • Strength training

  • Yoga and stretching

  • Breathing and meditation

Exercise tailored to you

All the exercises can be modified to suit your needs and Selva is on hand to guide you through each session.
